It’s February! We’ve finished one month of 2016! How are your resolutions going?
This is just a little reminder that, no matter what your health or fitness goals for the new year are, you should drink lots of water! It’s ridiculous how many benefits there are to simply increasing your water intake.
If you find yourself hungry in the middle of the day, take a few swigs of water and you’ll realize that – a good portion of the time – your body just needed water, not food. Drinking plenty of water can keep you from mindlessly over-snacking.
